Park N Fly Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Covid-19 has created a unique situation. We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume of calls , enquiries , pickups, early returns and everyone is trying to get home. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The best form of communication at this stage is via email to [email protected] . We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

To protect our employees and customers we ask that if you have recently returned from any flight and/or are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, please return home and seek medical attention BEFORE arriving at Park N Fly to collect your car. Even if you do not have any symptoms, you may be a carrier and may be contagious for up to 14 days. Please follow government regulations.

If you are experiencing any symptoms or believe you may have been in close contact with the virus during your travels, please contact us prior to your arrival and we will continue to keep your car in our facility.

Here are some options of how to go about collecting your vehicle:

1. Nominate someone that you know is not affected and send us an email with their name to collect the car on your behalf. This person will be required to produce a photo ID upon collection.
2. You can come and collect the vehicle after the isolation period has ended. Please notify us via email [email protected] so we can have your car ready.
3. Make your own way to 26 Airpark Drive, Auckland Airport as we do not wish to put anyone at risk.
4. We can deliver the car to the terminal. There will be a small charge of $20 to cover some of our costs.
5. If travelling in groups we ask that you please send driver to collect the car from Park N Fly then return to the airport to collect the rest of your party

The team at Park N Fly are doing everything we can to keep our customers and staff safe during this time. Here are some of the things we are doing at Park N Fly:

• Our cleaning schedule has been updated and all shuttles are sanitised daily.
• Staff will be wearing gloves to handle keys and tickets.
• Facility and equipment , reception counter and high use areas are sanitized
• We have paused luggage assistance for the time being to minimise the risk of infection to our employees and customers. Please load/unload your own luggage in our shuttles
• We have hand sanitizers on our counters
• Our shuttles are sanitized and cleaned regularly

These measures are being put into place immediately to help keep you safe during your visit at Park N Fly. Please phone us first if you feel unwell before coming to collect your car.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope that you understand that your safety and our safety is our number one priority.

Please keep yourself updated on www.covid19.govt.nz as things change very rapidly. We may not be able to change it fast enough on our website.
