We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays.

ADVANCE BOOKING A MUST FOR ALL ARRIVING TO PARK AFTER DARK.

For the security of our staff, advance booking is essential for all clients coming in after dark – between 7pm to 5am.

 

  DAMAGE/LOSS


VEHICLES AND ITS CONTENTS ARE STORED AT OWNERS RISK AT ALL TIMES

Vehicles and contents are stored/ driven at owners risk at all times. “PARK ‘N FLY” takes utmost care of your vehicle while parked/driven at our premises. "PARK ‘N FLY" should be under no liability to the client for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss suffered by the client due to including loss of opportunity exemplary or punitive damage) whether to person or property and whether arising from default,negligence,misconduct or otherwise by us , our employees or agents.We do not take responsibility for missed/delayed flights.
 


 

  FREE SHUTTLE TRANSFER

Please note free shuttle transfer includes only one free ride to and only one from the auckland airport terminals only. Any additional shuttle run requested including delivery of property will incur additional charges .Shuttle transfers are on a continuous first come first serve basis.

Please note for cruise ship clients requesting  transfers to and from Auckland city ferry terminals are an additional $35 each way.

 

 

  PAYMENT


All payments due on commencement of storage, no exceptions. We take eftpos, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
 

 

  PREMISES


Premises mean and include all or any land and buildings which are leased or owned by “PARK ‘N FLY” or which “PARK ‘N FLY” have the right to use or occupy.

The premises used for parking/storage of clients vehicles and movement of vehicles is the sole discretion of “PARK ‘N FLY”
 

 

  RATES


Our current parking rate is NZ$6 daily or minimum of $30 applies at all times.Rate charged per calendar day basis and minimum charge of $30 applies at all times. Rate is for standard car size only.Large vehicle price on application.Rates and terms subject to change without notice.
 

 

  TIMING OF TRANSFERS


Booking is highly recommended to avoid any inconvenience or delays for transfers to/from terminal. "PARK ‘N FLY" will endeavour to get to/from terminals as efficiently as possible.

We recommend you allow AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to check in to be at “PARK ‘N FLY”. We can only recommend an approximate time.It is entirely your responsibility to allow enough time to avoid any inconveniences.We will not be held responsible should you miss your flight or check-in or collection/pick up because you have not allowed sufficient time or the shuttle service is delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, roadworks, circumstances beyond our control , technical problems to transport, closure of airport, congestion at airport, war, civil war,industrial dispute changes in schedules by airlines and/or similar events beyond our control.

Please allow time for traffic conditions, road works, weather and any other unforseen circumstances when planning your trip.

CRUISE SHIP CLIENTS - Please allow atleast an hour for tansfers to city to allow for traffic conditions.

 

  CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall override the Consumer Guarantees Act provided the services/goods are not for the purpose of business.
